CANCELLATION POLICY
We understand that unforeseen events happen and we will do our best to accommodate changes as much as we can. In order to be fair to all clients, the following policies are honored: 24-hour advance notice is required when canceling or rescheduling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. If you are unable to give us 24- hours advance notice, you will be charged a $50 No-Show fee. Your spa treatments are reserved especially for you. We value your business and ask that you respect the spa's scheduling policies. Appointment will be marked as no-show after 15 minutes without prior arrangements. We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 24 hours before the beginning of your appointment or you may be charged a cancellation fee of 30%.
